Our exciting project began in 2011, with the creation of a small testing laboratory in Morocco for the development and manufacturing of paddle tennis blades using composite materials. The project's raison d'être is based on our strategic positioning on the doorstep of Europe, with Spanish production and reduced production costs by outsourcing our production to Morocco. Our logistics service is equally fast as any factory located in Spain, with similar transportation costs. After several years dedicated to R&D, in 2013 we began serial production, focusing on high-end products with visible carbon. In 2016, we increased production to 2,000 paddles per month by expanding our facilities from 400 m2 to 800 m2 dedicated to the complete manufacture of paddle tennis blades. In 2020, due to high demand during the pandemic, we expanded our facilities to 1,200 m2, reaching the mark of 8,000 high-end paddles per month. In 2022, we opened a new production line for beach tennis paddles, with a production capacity of 2,000 beach and 10,000 paddle tennis paddles per month. In 2023, we continue to grow with the acquisition of new facilities with 5,000 m2 dedicated to the manufacture of paddle tennis and beach tennis blades, a factory designed entirely for the production of blades, optimizing processes and facilities for this purpose. In the future, we have projects with new partners to apply our know-how in composite materials to other sectors that use these materials, and we are always open to possible projects with which we can continue to grow.
